Kennet's practice is focused on criminal misdemeanors and serious traffic offenses with an emphasis in Washington DUI defense. Kennet graduated summa cum laude from Eastern Washington University, where he was appointed by Gov. Gary Locke to serve on the Board of Trustees of EWU. Prior to attending law school, he worked in the Washington State Senate as a legislative aide to several state Senators. Kennet earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall). While there, in addition to his legal studies, he served as an associate editor of a nationally-recognized law journal.
