FBD Partners Speak at Evidence Boot Camp
By Jon Scott Fox | February 28, 2010Fox Bowman Duarte partners Francisco Duarte and Diego Vargas participated in a seminar sponsored by the Washington State Bar Asssociation on February 25, 2010: “Evidence and Objection Boot Camp.” The well-attended seminar highlighted the best practices of handling exhibits, witnesses and objections. These are necessary skills for any attorney who will take a DUI or other case to trial. The seminar was chaired by Francisco Duarte and Diego Vargas participated in scripting and demonstrating a mock trial, where the rules of evidence as used in practice were emphasized.
