FBD attorneys invited to speak to judges
By Jon Scott Fox | September 12, 2009The partners at Fox Bowman Duarte have once again been honored with the invitation to speak at the Washington state DUI Judicial Forums being held throughout the state in September, 2009. These annual forums, sponsored by the Washington State District and Municipal Court Judges Association, consist of presentation and discussion of current DUI issues of interest to the district court judiciary. The issues to be discussed will include roadside Field sobriety testing and judicial limitations that should be placed upon this evidence, emphasizing the need for strict compliance with national standards relating to Field sobriety testing. These DUI issues are present in every Washington state DUI arrest.
