Diana Lundin to Speak about Right to Confrontation
By Jon Scott Fox | June 7, 2009
FBD attorney Diana Lundin is a featured speaker at the 2009 Washington Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys annual conference on June 13, 2009. Diana’s practice focuses upon representing drivers whose licenses are subject to administrative license suspension by the DOL as a result of a Seattle DUI arrest, or a DUI arrest anywhere in Washington State. She is known throughout Washington State for her creative and effective legal analysis and for her preparation and determination to win.
In connection with the constitutional right of confrontation, Diana has stated: “Procedural due process rights, in particular those affecting the right to confrontation, are the only protections drivers have against the implied consent juggernaut, which otherwise crushes our liberties with indiscretion. The right to confrontation should be asserted as often and as forcefully as possible.”
