Lawyers Helping Hungry Children

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's most recent study, Washington ranks 12th in hunger in the United States and ranks 18th in food insecurity among all the states. There are literally thousands of households in Washington state that live with hunger or the threat of hunger. Fox Bowman Duarte supports the efforts of Lawyers Helping Hungry Children, an organization that sees childhood hunger as a critical social injustice and is fighting to relieve hunger in our state. FBD partner Francisco Duarte is the former chair of Lawyers Helping Hungry Children and currently sits on the board of directors. Our firm offers financial support to this worthy organization every year and urges other law firms and organizations to join in the effort to provide meals to children in need in our state.
